End of Term Exams
Students from all grades will complete their End of Term examinations during this week as they showcase the knowledge and skills gained throughout the term.
These assessments help teachers evaluate student progress and prepare for the upcoming academic period. We encourage all students to stay focused, do their best, and approach the exams with confidence.
Parents are also encouraged to support their children by ensuring they are well rested and prepared.
PTA/Jeans Day
Join us for our monthly PTA meeting.
The PTA Executive Body will also be hosting a cake sale, so be sure to come early and grab a delicious treat while supporting school initiatives.
Parents are especially encouraged to attend as this event will also provide an opportunity to meet our new Principal, Mr. Owen Speid.

Easter Break/Funday
Before heading into the Easter break, students will enjoy a fun-filled Funday with exciting activities and moments of celebration throughout the school.
It’s a wonderful opportunity for students to relax, bond with classmates, and create lasting memories.
Events like these help strengthen the sense of community and joy within our school environment.

Patrick Brown Production Fundraiser Play
Support our fundraising efforts while enjoying an evening of laughter and entertainment at the Patrick Brown Production Play at Munro College.
Known for their humour and engaging performances, Patrick Brown productions are always a crowd favourite.
This event promises to be a great night out while helping raise funds for important school initiatives.
Bring your friends and family and come out for a night of culture, comedy, and community support.
End of Term Fun Day
Join us for a fantastic finish to the term! Students are invited to celebrate all their hard work and achievements with a fun-filled day of games, treats, and exciting activities. It's the perfect way to unwind and enjoy time with friends before the holidays begin.

The school administration hereby notifies all parents and students of the schedule for the End-of-Term Examinations. These examinations are crucial for assessing student progress and readiness for the next academic term.

Examination Period: Monday, December 8th to Friday, December 12th
Detailed Timetable: A full examination timetable, outlining subjects and specific times for each grade, will be shared by each class teacher.
Preparation Guidelines for Parents
We encourage parents to support their children during this period to ensure successful outcomes:
Review: Help your child review notes and previous assignments over the coming weeks.
Rest: Ensure students maintain regular sleep schedules to be well-rested and focused.
Nutrition: Provide healthy meals, especially breakfast, on the morning of each exam.
Attendance: Punctual and full attendance is mandatory for all scheduled examinations.

GSA Parents' Day 2025
Great Start Academy, in collaboration with Creatives Daycare, proudly presents our Parent Day Celebration 2025—a vibrant community event designed to honor, empower, and uplift the incredible parents and guardians who shape our children’s futures.
Join us on November 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM on the school grounds for a day filled with inspiration, entertainment, and meaningful connection. This year’s theme, “Stronger Parenting Together,” celebrates unity, support, and the shared commitment we all have to raising confident, resilient children.
The celebration will feature energetic performances, motivational talks, fun games, and appearances from special guests including Dance Xpression, Tamo J, Chris Malachi, Jodian Pantry, Mikie Bennett, DJ Ratty, and more—hosted by Sanjay (Intense).
As part of our continued effort to support the wider community, we invite all attendees to walk with an item for hurricane relief.
It will be a day of joy, learning, and togetherness—one you won’t want to miss!
