How to Apply

  1. Visit the School Office to collect a registration form or click the Enroll Now button to start your application online.

  2. Complete the registration form and gather required documents (see below).

  3. Submit documents and pay the non-refundable registration fee.

  4. Await confirmation and welcome package from the school.

Admission Requirements

To enroll at Great Start Academy, parents/guardians must submit the following:

  • Completed Registration Form

  • Child’s Birth Certificate

  • Two recent passport-sized photos

  • Immunisation Record

  • Last school report (if transferring)

  • Copy of any diagnostic reports (if applicable)

  • Non-refundable registration fee (payable in office)

School Fees

School fees are payable:

  • Online bank transfer

  • Debit/credit card (in person)

  • NCB Bank or ATM transfer

💳 Cash payments are NOT accepted.

  • Fees are non-refundable.

  • Fee details will be provided upon acceptance.

  • After-care fees apply after 3:00 PM (Grades 1–6) and 5:30 PM (Kindergarten).

  • Supervision fees also apply for students not involved in extracurricular activities but staying after hours.

Enrollment Process

Our enrollment process is designed to be seamless and supportive. Once you've submitted your form and documents:

  1. Your child’s application will be reviewed by the admissions team.

  2. You will receive a welcome call, an assessment date, and subsequently, an admission package.

  3. A start date will be confirmed based on space availability and readiness.

  4. Your child will receive a placement within the appropriate class or grade level.

We recommend early application, as spaces fill quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What age can my child start at Great Start Academy?
We accept students starting at 6 months old for daycare, 2 years old for pre-kindergarten, and 6 years old for Grade 1.

Do you offer after-school care?
Yes. After-care is available for all age groups at an additional cost. Daycare ends at 5:00 PM and after-care for other students begins at 3:00 PM.

Are meals provided?
Yes. Warm lunches are served Monday through Thursday. Snacks and juices are available for purchase at the tuck shop.

Can I pay fees in installments?
Yes. Parents may inquire about payment arrangements at the school office.

Do you accept students with learning differences?
Yes. We provide support for students with learning challenges, including dyslexia, using the Orton-Gillingham method and other multisensory approaches.

What happens after I apply?
Our team will contact you to confirm receipt of your application and share the next steps, including a welcome pack and payment instructions.
