You will be prompted on the form, to upload the required documents listed in the checklist below. Please have clear photos or scans ready.

Step 3: Application Fee & Processing

A non-refundable application fee is required to process your enrollment. You may choose one of two ways to pay.

  1. Immediate Processing: Pay via online bank transfer and email a copy of the receipt to us. Please include your child’s name in the message.

  2. Pay later: Submit your application now, and pay the fee in person when you are contacted for your assessment/interview.

  • Fill out in-person: Simply visit our administrative office, and our admissions officer will provide you with a printed form to complete on the spot.

Step 3: Submit & Pay

Visit the front desk to hand in your application package. The non-refundable application fee is payable upon submission.

Admission Requirements

To enroll at Great Start Academy, parents/guardians must submit the following:

Completed Registration Form

Child’s Birth Certificate

Two recent passport-sized photos

Immunization Record

Last school report (if transferring)

Copy of any diagnostic reports (if applicable)

Non-refundable registration fee (payable in office or online)

We accept Online Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit card in office.

Bank account details are made available upon request.

Important Policies

Fees are non-refundable.

After-care fees apply after 3:00 PM (Grades 1–6) and 5:30 PM (Kindergarten). Supervision fees also apply for students not involved in extracurricular activities but staying after hours.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • We accept students starting at 6 months old for daycare, 2 years old for pre-kindergarten, and 6 years old for Grade 1.

  • Yes. After-care is available for all age groups at an additional cost. Daycare ends at 5:00 PM and after-care for other students begins at 3:00 PM.

  • Yes. Warm lunches are served Monday through Thursday. Snacks and juices are available for purchase at the tuck shop.

  • Yes. We provide support for students with learning challenges, including dyslexia, using the Orton-Gillingham method and other multisensory approaches.

  • Our team will contact you to confirm receipt of your application and share the next steps, including a welcome pack and payment instructions.
